Liam will be present for a 2 hour pool session where he will provide swimmers with world class demonstrations,tips on how to improve and coaching to all swimmers.

 

 

 

Also present will be a world class Psycotherapist to talk about how best to deal with race day nerves and to use them to your advantage.

 

 

There will then be a 1 hour question and answers session with Liam followed by photo's and autograph's.
