NEW SWIM VISION ACADEMY DATES ADDED!!

 

 Sunday 11th December 2011

 

 

We are proud to announce we have secured the services of GB Breaststroker Achieng Ajulu-Bushell,who will joining forces with Swim Vision to deliver a World Class Breaststroke academy.Demonstrating her technique with the use of correct drills and skills and working with the swimmers to enable them to learn from the best.

 

The session will cover everything on how to make the swimmers faster with better technique,become more efficient,work on the timing of the stroke,starts/turns and breakouts. 

 

Attending the day will also be a Nutritionist who will be providing the children with cooking ingredients and having them understanding and learning how to make it for themselves,which i am sure parents will love having there children cook a evening meal for them!This talk has been developed with Rugby children and is new and exciting as i know you some of you have attended the previous courses.

 

We are very lucky to have a swimmer of her calibre and i am sure this will be a fantastic day!

Format for the day:

 

1.45pm Arrive at Venue Tbc

2.00pm Group 1 Pool Session

2.00pm Group 2 Nutritional Session

4.00pm Group 1 Nutritional Session

4.00pm Group 2 Pool Session

6.00pm Debrief and Home Time.

 

Please Note:depending on numbers this time line can be subject to change and will be confirmed prior to the event.
